Ode to Danny

I know that I have mentioned my friend Danny here before (he of the extraordinary furniture making ability). Well, the man is also an amazing cook. And gardener.

He called me on Sunday to invite me for lunch, but I couldn't make it for about 7 different reasons, so he suggested that I stop by Monday evening and he'd cook for me. OMG, dinner was awesome. I started with wine and double cream cheese and ended with grilled peaches and strawberries over poundcake.
